These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use ScribeFuse. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use ScribeFuse for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.

ScribeFuse accepts supported audio, video, and eligible YouTube sources and can generate transcripts, speaker labels, summaries, action items, prompts, and PDF reports. Features, supported formats, usage limits, and availability vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. ScribeFuse may restrict access when necessary to protect the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

You retain your rights in content you submit and in the output created specifically from that content, subject to any rights held by other people or organizations. You give ScribeFuse permission to host, copy, transmit, and process the submitted material only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service.

You are responsible for obtaining any permission required to record, upload, transcribe, summarize, or share a conversation. Do not submit content that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, employment, contractual, or other legal obligations.

You may not use ScribeFuse to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, probe or bypass access controls, overload the service, automate abusive requests, impersonate another person, or process material you are not entitled to use. You may not attempt to extract credentials, provider configuration, or non-public data from the service.

Transcripts and generated text can contain errors, omissions, incorrect speaker labels, or interpretations not supported by the full conversation. Output is provided as an aid and should not be treated as a certified transcript or as legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. Review important names, quotations, figures, dates, decisions, and action owners against the source recording.

Current prices, billing intervals, usage allowances, and included features are shown before checkout. Paid transactions and billing management are handled through the configured payment provider. Taxes or currency treatment may depend on the checkout details and location.

Recurring subscriptions continue according to the selected billing interval until cancelled. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues through the applicable paid period, as shown in the account. One-time plans and recurring plans may have different access rules. Any refund right is subject to the checkout terms and applicable law.

ScribeFuse depends on service providers for functions such as transcription, AI generation, translation, payments, email, infrastructure, and monitoring. The website may also link to third-party sites. ScribeFuse does not control the availability, content, or independent terms of those third parties.

The service may be interrupted by maintenance, provider failures, network conditions, unsupported media, or events outside reasonable control. ScribeFuse may modify or discontinue features, plan limits, or integrations. Where practical, material changes will be reflected in the product or these terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScribeFuse is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without a promise that every recording will be processed or that output will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limitations must be interpreted under the law that applies to the user and transaction.
